• By accessing or using JengaFund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to use JengaFund.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding crowdfunding.

3. Project Creation

• Creators must provide accurate and transparent information about their projects.
• Projects must comply with JengaFund’s content guidelines, and creators must fulfill all promises made to backers.

4. Backing Projects

• Backers are responsible for reviewing project details before pledging support.
• JengaFund does not guarantee the success of any project or any associated perks, and funds are contributed at the backer’s own risk.

5. Fees and Payments

• JengaFund applies a fee of 5.0% on the total funds successfully raised. This fee is utilized to sustain and facilitate the maintenance and operations of the platform
• Payment processing fees apply as per the providers’ rates. Users are responsible for all associated fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• Creators retain ownership of their projects while granting JengaFund the right to utilize project content for promotional purposes.
• Users agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Code of Conduct

• Users must adhere to JengaFund’s community guidelines and code of conduct.
• Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, and any illegal or harmful behavior.

8. Termination of Accounts

• JengaFund reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason deemed necessary.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between users and JengaFund shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
